Uma Elise Riddle

Uma Elise Riddle was born at 3:50 a.m., September 15th, 1998. She weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz.

Uma Another name for Parvati, the consort of Shiva. (No, she's not named after you know who.) Elise Mostly just a pretty name, but also one of her mother's childhood favorite piano pieces and part of her paternal aunt's middle name. Chiku Soft, sweet fruit of the sapodilla or chico zapote (Manilkara zapota); affectionate nickname for a small child.

"..when Chiku comes out she's going to be born, and sit in the carseat, and play with my stroller and eat mum-mum and milk, and everything..."

Nicknames:
Un addition to Chiku there's Umalu, Umlaut, Umapie, Umulator, Uma Darlin', Uma Goodness, and Uma Zooma (sung to the tune of "Boomer Sooner", I'm afraid).
